On April. 28, Kwon Chil-seung, Minister of SMEs and Startups, held a meeting with CEOs of startups and funding companies at TIPS Town in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. TIPS is a project that the private and government jointly discover and nurture promising startups. Minister Kwon Chil-seung said, “Out of the 300 Asian leaders under the age of 30 announced by Forbes on April 20, entrepreneurs of Korean startup companies were 15, and 10 of them were from Tips and None of the second venture boom would be possible without these innovative startup companies amid Covid-19 crisis."
