Ministry of SMEs and Startups

On May. 12, Kwon Chil-seung, Minister of SMEs and Startups, signed an MOU on fostering promising SMEs and Startups with core technology in the field of materials, parts and equipment and new businesses at the Hanwha Systems, Yongin Research Institute (Yongin, Gyeonggi-do). Hanwha Systems (CEO Kim, Yeon-cheol) and Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large&Small Business, Rural Affairs (Secretary General Kim, Soon-chul) joined this signing ceremony. This MOU is very meaningful that it is a win-win agreement with an optimal company to discover and support SMEs with core technology in order to respond to the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which is expected to localize technologies that are highly dependent on foreign countries.
