Han Seong-sook, Minister of SMEs and Startups, visited event venues in front of Starfield Anseong on May 1st, together with Minister Song Mi-ryung of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, to encourage small business owners and deliver a message promoting consumer spending as part of efforts to revitalize the local economy. Minister Han stated, “It is important to expand opportunities for small businesses to meet consumers directly by utilizing large-scale retail infrastructure such as Starfield.” She added, “We will further strengthen cooperation with the private sector so that sales fairs like this can lead to tangible revenue growth for small businesses.”
