The Ministry of SMEs and Startups hosted the 2025 Global Venture Investment Summit in APEC as a side event of the 2025 APEC SME Ministerial Meeting on September 4. Organized in collaboration with the Korea Venture Capital Association and Korea Venture Investment Corp., the Global Venture Investment Summit served as a platform for international exchange and cooperation among global venture capital institutions. The event brought together 147 institutions from 17 countries, including 77 overseas organizations and more than 60 domestic investment firms, attracting over 250 participants—making it the largest single venture investment event ever held in Korea.
